Travel Warning

This trail is located in an illegal immigrant and smuggler high traffic area. Extra care should be taken in these areas. NEVER travel alone. Be aware of surroundings and travel in groups. Use extreme caution if on the trails after dark. Do not approach anyone who you think could be involved in illegal activity.

Although all of this sounds bad, in my 30+ years of four-wheeling, hiking and biking in these areas, I have never had a problem. Actually, I have never seen any smugglers or illegals on the trails in these areas (that I know of).

Above all, use common sense.

Have fun and be safe!
